How to Order
If you are not happy with an item* for any
reason, simply return it-in the original condition it was received within 10 days of the receipt of
merchandise for a refund or an exchange.
*Except for personalized items.
Note: For a refund
or exchange you must first contact our returns department by emailing Cservice@customhide.com for issuance of an Return Authorization (RA) number, and instructions on how to
proceed with your return/exchange.
Please provide your order number, or other
order details when emailing our returns department.
on Christmas Gifts:
Since Christmas gifts are often purchased well in advance, items
purchased between November 1 and December 24, 2013 may be returned for
an exchange or a refund if postmarked latest by January 3, 2014. As
with any other return, item must be in its original condition. All other
conditions listed above apply.
